Mr Lee graduated from Cambridge University in 1992. He completed his specialist training in Urology in London, including sub-specialty training in Female and Reconstructive Urology at the Institute of Urology. In 2004, he was appointed Consultant Urological Surgeon and Honorary Senior Lecturer to St. George's Hospital and Medical School at the University of London. Mr Lee’s general urological practice includes: cystitis, vasectomy, lumps in scrotum, prostate cancer screening, impotence, enlarged prostate, emergency care for kidney infection, stone, urination problem, retention.

His specialist interests are overactive bladder, urodynamics, female and male urinary incontinence e.g. after prostate surgery or radical prostatectomy, iatrogenic injury (fistula, ureteric or bladder injury), urological problems due to neurological disorders like spinal injury, multiple sclerosis, spina bifida, medico-legal practice.
In addition to general urological surgery, his surgical expertise includes urethral bulking agent, tension free vaginal tape, mid-urethral tape, biological slings, tape erosions, botulinum toxin, artificial urinary sphincter, Mitrofanoff, ACE, bladder augmentation and laser surgery.

Mr Lee is actively involved in the training of medical students and junior doctors. He is a final MBBS examiner. He has a particular interest in patients with Spina Bifida and sits on the Medical Advisory Committee of the Association of Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus UK. He is a member of the Research Society for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus. Mr Lee has been invited to lecture in regional, national and international meetings on Overactive Bladder, Spina Bifida, Botulinum toxin and the management of complications of mid-urethral tapes.
